Free Replacement parts
Accidents happen, and if something goes wrong with your puzzle, we've
got you covered! Even if it's your own fault, we will send you the same
replacement part so you can get back to enjoying your amazing puzzle. In
order to process your request and verify that you are a customer who
purchased one of our puzzles, we ask that you fill out a form with the
necessary information, including the name of your product (which can be
found on the box) and the number of the part. For example, if your
product is MZ502, make sure to include that in the form. Don't hesitate
