All sales are final, and we do not offer exchanges or returns unless the item you received is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at shopify-drophsipping@gmx.de within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for any digital products, including but not limited to digital downloads and online courses.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if it does not meet the above requirements.

Refunds Policy:

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 15 days of receiving your returned item. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used to place the order.
